Electroluminescent flat lamps (EL)
The electroluminescent light source operating on a base of the Destriau phenomena is in its nature capacitive structure, consisting of in turn deposited conducting, dielectric and luminescent layers. The developed in recent years screen-printing technology enables the building of very thin (less than 1 mm) light sources on flexible substrates. They are characterised by various colours, very low energy consumption and heat losses, as well as practically any shapes. The Institute offers potential customers the technical support concerning the implementation of manufacturing technology of electroluminescent lamps and design methods in accordance with customers demands. EL lamps can be manufactured in the forms enabling the animation of advertisings according to customers requirements.
