ITE provides research, development and manufacturing capabilities for state-of-the art Si photodetectors and Si radiation detectors. ITE engineers and researchers are available for consultation on any application of the products. They will be pleased to evaluate your specific requirement and develop custom detectors optimised for your particular application. The basic ITE offer in the range of photodetectors (standard types) is shown below:
  • Silicon Avalanche Photodiodes; 0.3 - 3mm diameter, modern design, excellent parameters and high reliability.
  • Silicon PIN Photodiodes; small, very fast photodiodes for laser and fiber techniques, large photodiodes with thick active area and low dark currents.
  • Silicon Photocells, Photodiode Arrays, UV Detectors, Photodetector Modules.
